The final stages at Ashbourne Grove have been about resolving the small details that bring the wider build together. The new balustrade was installed and photographed for Building Control, while external pointing and a new ventilation grille completed another part of the envelope.

Inside, the team worked through the client’s snagging list, including carefully removing residual adhesive from the windows. Coordinating the fabricator, decorator and site team allowed these varied finishing tasks to progress together—an exacting phase where considered adjustments matter just as much as the larger structural work that came before.
