We act as main contractors under contract with our clients, typically with the client’s architect serving as contract administrator.
Acting as project manager we take care of the build from start to finish, managing any sub-contractors or specialist suppliers, therefore serving as one port-of-call for all matters for the client.
Our on-site team covers every trade, so we are able to handle almost every facet of a renovation programme entirely in-house, only sub-contracting specialist services from our network of trusted partners.
What this means practically- continuity from start to finish, much better quality control for our site managers, and only one point of contact for the client.
Because our project management team has extensive experience in Victorian and Georgian property stock we are able to navigate around all manner of challenges that arise with working with complex old properties.
We are proud to brought onto projects by a number of amazing architect practices and interior design studios. As our team are highly design-aware we're beyond happy to provide recommendations on the buildability of projects plans and work closely alongside our professional partners in the best interests of the client to maximise the pontential of their space.
