This elegant 2 bed apartment refurbishment is a perfect example of how we work closely with interior designers to remodel spaces. With this project the main challenge was configuring the limited space of a central London apartment most efficiently and appropriately for the client's lifestyle. The great thing about working with a designer, like Nicole, is that they really spend the time in the lead up to the build to get to know the clients specific individual/family needs.
When it comes to the build stage and decisions are being made on a daily basis this insight really comes into play. because our craftsmen are able to seamlessly communicate with the designer and make sure decisions are being made with the client's outcome in focus.
Our team stripped back the walls and utilities and build up from scratch with fresh rewiring and ventilation throughout Nicole’s elegant designs called for very precise joinery and decoration throughout, which our team were able to achieve quickly and efficiently.
We love these smaller projects because they allow us to really show off our skills and surpass our client’ expectations.
